An interesting fascade features of this 9-storey medium-rise institutional buildings.The new nine-story LHDN office tower is designed by BDA ARCHITECT featuring 286,111 square feet of office space to house about 500 employees. The brand new offices are notable for an open layout, optimal light conditions, sustainable materials and excellent accessibility including more than 320 parking bays and 220 for motorcycles. The facilities will also include a gym and four badminton courts. The site area is about 217,754 square feet.

Subsidiary company of highly respected local property developer Majupadu Development Sdn. Bhd., Majubinamas has been appointed to construct LHDN’s first green building featuring the most innovative modern design next to the existing Federal Building and soon to be Bandar Newpark Kluang, an innovative park-oriented, eco-township located about 10-minute drive from the Ayer Hitam exit east of the North-South Expressway.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held in 22 January 2017 by Secretary General of Treasury from Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Chairman of LHDNM, YBHG Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah, Chief Executive Officer of LHDNM, YBHG Datuk Sabin Bin Samitah and Kluang District Land Administrator, Tuan Haji Mustaffa Kamal.
